Annual day celebration 2019-20

The 2 nd Annual Function of St. Aloysius School Gaur was celebrated on 14 th November 2019. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mr. Santosh Paul (Ex- Aloysian 1991 Batch) Regional Transport Officer. The Guest of Honour was Most Rev. Bishop Gerald Almeida, Bishop of Jabalpur and President of Jabalpur Diocesan Educational Society. They were welcomed with bouquets by Rev. Fr. Sibi Joseph, The Manager, Sr. Deepa SABS, Headmistress and Ms Medlin Ekka, The Cultural Committee Secretary. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp.

 A colorful spell binding cultural programme composed of skits and dances were showcased by the young enthusiastic students on the theme DREAM, DISCOVER AND EXPLORE which mesmerized the audience. The program that was most liked and stole everyone’s heart was Dream, Discover, Explore, Subsequently the Head Mistress; Sr. Deepa presented the audio visual annual report of the school and highlighted the school’s progress in various spheres of education. The rank holders making their mark in various dimensions were felicitated by the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour. The highest award of the Best student was given to Vaiga Nair. The Chief Guest in his address appreciated the talents exhibited by the Aloysians. He further added his words of appreciation for the school for giving a platform to the students to encourage and motivate them to showcase their talents. Addressing the occasion, Bishop Gerald Almeida, Guest of Honour lauded and praised the school authorities for raising the educational standards and giving a new dimension to it.

 The programme was beautifully arranged and coordinated by Ms Medlin Ekka and Ms Bidisha Sar under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Sibi Joseph and Sr. Deepa. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms Medlin Ekka. The whole programme came to a splendid end with the co-operation of all the dedicated staff members and students.
