Independence Day Celebration

I LOVE MY COUNTRY NOT BECAUSE IT IS GREAT BUT BECAUSE IT IS MY OWN.”

St. Aloysius school, Gaur Jabalpur celebrated Independence Day with great unprecedented patriotism on August 15^th 2019. First of all the National Flag was hoisted by the headmistress Sr. Deepa followed by the National Anthem. After the anthem, all the students and staff gathered in the school auditorium for the Independence day celebration hosted by Abhinav and Vaiga of class VII. Ma’am Shalini proposed a speech and throw some light on the struggle for the freedom of India. A number of students sang songs full of patriotism and a speech was delivered by Shivansh of class VII.

At the end, the HM gave a message on Humanity and equality. If we have equality then we have humanity. Therefore the day marked a successful celebration of Independence and due homage and honor expressed towards the people who played their part in the Independence of the country. The celebration was concluded by vote of thanks given by Aadrika Kesharwani of class VII.
